Ideal for maintaining a clean and orderly home on a regular basis. 2. **Deep Cleaning**: A thorough and extensive cleaning option that goes beyond the standard clean. It includes detailed scrubbing of bathrooms and kitchens, washing walls/doors/baseboards/etc, cleaning interior windows, cleaning under/behind furniture, and more. This is perfect for homes that need extra attention or have not been professionally cleaned in a while. 3. **Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning**: Tailored for those relocating, this service ensures the home is spotless either before moving in or after moving out. It encompasses deep cleaning tasks along with additional services like cleaning inside cabinets/closets/etc, ensuring the property is spotless and ready for the next residents. 4. **Seasonal Cleaning**: A comprehensive cleaning session to freshen up your home at the start of a new season. How much cleaning experience do you have?Missy personally has 21 years of experience in cleaning residential homes, hotels, and airbnb's and her reputation in those 21 years clearly speaks for itself. EXCELLENT references are available, upon request. All independent contractors/cleaners work under her supervision via checklists, photos/videos upon completion, and check-ins with all clients. Cleaners must meet her, as well as your, expectations!

How do I pay with Venmo?

Are tips already included in prices?Tips are not included in our hourly rate. Tipping is never required, but it is a lovely way to tell your cleaner that you think they did a great job. 100% of your tip goes to your cleaner. If you would like to tip, you can give your cleaner cash or add it on to your total when paying. If you leave a cash tip for your cleaner, we ask that you put it in an envelope labeled with her name or you may simply label it "Housekeeping." Please then leave the envelope on the kitchen counter to make sure your cleaner sees and knows it is for them. However, there is never any pressure to tip. Additionally, leaving a quick note or review of appreciation means a lot to us. We sincerely value your business!

How do I pay with Zelle?Please send Zelle payments to us at: 681-484-4664 Thank you!

Can't I just pay my cleaner with cash before she leaves?Please do not pay your cleaner with cash. Payment goes to Missy's Cleaning Queens and we distribute it to your cleaner. Only (optional) tips may be paid with cash. Thank you!

What payment methods do you accept?Venmo or Zelle are our preferred payment methods. If you need to pay with an alternative payment method, please contact us before your scheduled clean to make those arrangements. Thank you!

If I want to change my cleaning frequency, can I do that?Of course you can! Just text Missy at 304-250-9291 or fill out the form here on our website to contact us. Please do not ask your cleaner to take care of this for you, as they may forget. All scheduling, customer service, etc requests must go straight to Missy to ensure they are taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you!

Will you reach out to me after my first clean to see if I am satisfied?Absolutely! We will be sending you a text once your cleaning is complete. Please use this as a tool to communicate any notes, issues, compliments, or desires for future cleans. This text will also include a link to post an online review. A review is one of the best compliments you could give us, and it is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

What happens if my cleaner is sick or has an emergency, and cannot make it to my appointment?In the event that your cleaner is unable to make it to your appointment, you will be notified ASAP. You will then be given the choice of A- Rescheduling your appointment for a different day in the same week, if available. B- Skipping that cleaning and resuming on your next scheduled cleaning date. or C- Having another cleaner perform the clean, if available. Whichever you prefer, works for us, we are here to serve you! Thank you!
